Here's an easy tip for the day:
When preparing fresh garlic, to strip the cloves quick. Take the side of the blade of a knife and press down on clove. It will remove the skin quickly and make it easy to strip off and press in garlic press.

When I was introduced to Mr. Pedro ( A Loan Officer), I was entering the market as a first time home buyer.
